St Fintan's B.N.S. is an all boys, Catholic, DEIS Band 1 primary school located in the town of Mountrath, Co. Laois. The school was built in 1976. We are under the patronage of the Bishop of Kildare and Leighlin. We take pupils from Junior Infants to 6th class. We also have two autism classes called Le Chéile. We currently have an administrative principal, 5 mainstream class teachers, 3 Special Education Teachers, 2 autism class teachers, 1 Home School Community Liaison Teacher, 9 Special Needs Assistants and 3 ancillary staff (caretaker, cleaner and secretary).
