As part of Science Week, Edel from the Heritage Council came to speak to boys about pollinators. They learned about different types of bees, how they live and work and their importance in the ecosystem. The boys also examined a bee, some bee keeping equipment and learned about ways to make outdoor spaces pollinator friendly.
