The boys in 5th and 6th were learning about eco homes recently in SESE. They researched examples of eco homes around the world and discovered innovative ways of conserving water and using sustainable sources of energy. They put all this knowledge to use in designing and building their own eco home. The results were very impressive with houses containing rain water collectors, green roofs, solar panels and wind mills to name but a few eco friendly ideas. Well done to the boys on great work!
